Save Time, Use Your Phone.

Now you can chart medications with your smartphone, and it’s just as easy as posting on Facebook.

Charting Medication Should Be Easy and convenient.

Caregiving is hard work and time consuming. With the advent of the smartphone, you can squeeze out more time to enjoy the finer things in life.

Just like tapping on the like button, caregivers will check-off medication with a tap automatically stamping eh administrator’s initial for verification.

Just like entering a comment in Facebook, notes can be entered in the corresponding medication box or progress notes box at the bottom of the list.

Progress notes can be entered in the same manner at the bottom of each resident. Files, photos or attachments can also be added in the same box.
Doctor’s orders can be entered on a box below as well.  Same as medication and progress notes, files and photos can also be added in the same box.  And, there’s even a finger signing box for doctors to sign to authorize an order entered on your mobile device.
Like the medication checklist, there is also an Activity list for residents’ activities like exercises or therapy.

Easy Monthly Fire Drills

Monthly fire drills can also be entered by tapping on MFD. Just like the other notes, speaking into the microphone works as well.

Monthly Fire Drill is entered here like all other notes. Tapping on the microphone and just speaking the actions of the drill is a breeze. No writing or typing is needed.
