Caregivers will check-off medications with just a tap, automatically stamping the administrator’s initials for verification.
Report notes on each medication can be entered by tapping on the Note box for the corresponding medication. Files, photos or attachments can also be added in the same Note box
Progress notes can be entered in the same manner at the bottom of each resident. Files, photos or attachments can also be added in the same box.
Doctor’s orders can be entered on a box bellow as well. Same as medication and progress notes, files and photos can also be added in the same box. And, there’s even a finger signing box for doctors to sign to authorize an order entered on the mobile device.
Like the medication checklist, there is also an Activity list for residents’ activities like exercises or therapy.
When time comes for your inspections, surveyors can view all entries in the overview page by clicking on the O next to each resident on the website.
They will be able to compare all notes to all medications, all progress notes and all doctor’s orders.
